Do you love to doodle and decorate your sketchbook and other belongings with your sticker collection? Why not learn how to make your very own stickers! In this DIY Sticker Design Workshop, participants are invited to bring their art supplies of choice to create a unique design for their stickers, then they will learn to scan and edit their artwork on the computer using Adobe Photoshop. Finally, participants will go through the steps of ordering samples from a sticker manufacturer. Everyone will receive their very own stickers in the mail approximately 2 weeks later! This course is great for professional artists and hobby artists alike.

Materials: Please bring your art supplies of choice for sketching/painting/colouring your sticker designs. (Oil-based or other slow-drying supplies should be avoided for this workshop.) and 1 to 2 other ideas if you already have some in your sketchbook. Please note: Participants must have a credit card for ordering their stickers, either during the workshop or following the workshop. ($10 - $20)

The Instructor: Vena Carr is a mixed media illustrator and designer based in Fredericton NB. She graduated from the New Brunswick College of Craft & Design (NBCCD) with a Graphic Design Diploma in 2017. She primarily works in watercolour, gouache, and pencil to create artworks for her line of fine art prints and stationery products, as well as custom artwork for her clients. Vena is also an aspiring children's picture book illustrator and is currently working on her first book.
