Want to learn something new? We offer a collection of courses in a variety of mediums from top-notch instructors from all across Canada. We will be offering in-person classes at NBCCD in downtown Fredericton. As well as interactive, live, weekend workshops and multi-week courses online all summer long!
What do online courses look like?
Our online courses consist of two hours of live instruction each week (or each day for weekend
courses), as well as access to handouts and other digital resources provided within the course’s
Google Classroom. With classes of no more than 15 participants, there will be opportunities to
share with, learn from and interact with your classmates. Participants may be expected to
spend an additional hour or two on their projects outside of class time.
Can I get a refund if I am no longer able to attend the workshop?
If a request for a refund is made 14 days before the course begins, a 94% refund will be
granted. Approximately 6% will be kept to cover the Eventbrite service fee.
If a request for a refund is made between 8 and 13 days before the course begins, a 50%
refund will be granted.
If a request for a refund is made seven days or fewer before the beginning of a course a refund
will not be granted.
In the event that a participant cannot attend an in-person course due to illness, they can
receive an EdVentures voucher for 75% of the value of their course that can pay towards
another class in the future. The participant will need to notify the EdVentures Coordinator
before the course begins.
What happens if the whole workshop I signed up for is cancelled?
If a workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrolment, a 100% refund
will be granted to registered participants.
